A Ruskin story, rebuilt and still serving
Opened in 2002 by Jeff and Cheryl Horne and owned since 2008 by longtime Ruskin resident Julie Cockerham. After Hurricane Helene closed the doors for four months, Julie turned the outdoor seating area into a hurricane relief center — and on January 30, 2025, The Fish House reopened, rebuilt and ready to serve.
